1. About REP Fitness Products

The warranty for REP Fitness products conforms to the manufacturer's warranty stipulated by REP Fitness headquarters. The warranty period and covered parts vary by product category.

  • Warranty Coverage: Material and manufacturing defects under normal use
  • Warranty Period: Varies by product and category (please refer to this page)
  • Warranty Conditions: Must be a genuine product sold by our company in Japan

The following are generally not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage due to incorrect use, excessive load, or improper maintenance
  • Malfunctions caused by modification, disassembly, or repairs using non-genuine parts
  • Wear and tear or aesthetic deterioration from normal use, such as pads, grips, and paint

2. About ATX Products

The warranty for ATX products conforms to the manufacturer's warranty stipulated by ATX Fitness (IFS GmbH).

  • Warranty Coverage: Defects due to material and manufacturing flaws
  • Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of delivery
  • Warranty Conditions: Must be a genuine product sold by our company in Japan

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage due to misuse, assembly errors, or improper installation/storage
  • Aesthetic deterioration from normal use, such as peeling paint, scratches, or rubber wear
  • Malfunctions due to modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs

3. About NGA Products

NGA is our original brand, and the following general warranty applies:

  • Warranty Coverage: Material and manufacturing defects under normal use
  • Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of delivery
  • Warranty Conditions: For normal training use within Japan

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage due to misuse, excessive load, dropping, impact, etc.
  • Use contrary to the instruction manual, modification, or improper assembly/installation
  • Deterioration over time, or wear of consumables such as pads, grips, and screws
  • Discoloration or deterioration due to outdoor exposure, high temperature and humidity, direct sunlight, chemicals, etc.

4. About GYMMAT Products

Since GYMMAT has a strong character as a consumable item, we do not offer a long-term warranty like other equipment.

However, in cases of initial defects such as damage, serious flaws, or quantity shortages upon product arrival, we will respond based on our return and exchange policy. Please contact us within approximately 14 days of product arrival, attaching photos showing the condition.

The following events are not considered initial defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Scratches, dents, peeling, surface shine, and other wear and deterioration that occurred after initial use
  • Damage caused by dragging heavy objects, sharp objects, or equipment legs
  • Discoloration or changes in hardness due to aging
  • Discoloration or deterioration due to excessive sunlight, heat, chemicals, oil, moisture, etc.
  • Use outside of intended purpose (outdoor use, construction site/vehicle flooring, etc.)

5. Warranty Claim Process (Common)

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us via the chat below. We ask you to provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Details of the defect (such as the circumstances and timing of its occurrence)
  • Photos or videos showing the defective area

After reviewing the content, we will inform you of the appropriate course of action, such as repair, replacement, or provision of parts, based on manufacturer's regulations and our company's regulations. Please note that shipping costs and installation/removal labor costs may not be included in the warranty.

6. Disclaimer

Our company's responsibility regarding products is limited to the scope stipulated in this warranty. Unless our company has willful misconduct or gross negligence, the maximum amount of liability for damages based on our company's default or tort, etc., shall be the equivalent of the purchase price of the product in question.

Our company is not responsible for the following types of damages:

  • Indirect or incidental damages such as loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or losses due to equipment downtime
  • Special damages, punitive damages, and other economic losses
  • Damages based on claims or demands from customers or other third parties

Furthermore, our company shall not be liable for any compensation whatsoever for damage, stains, or malfunctions caused to other companies' products, equipment, facilities, floors, walls, buildings, or other items owned by the customer, regardless of the reason, arising from the use of our products. Even if caused by a defect or initial failure of our products, damages, repair costs, and replacement costs incurred to anything other than our products are not covered by this warranty.

7. Changes to Warranty Policy

Our company may change the contents of this warranty policy without prior notice to customers and without requiring individual consent. The revised warranty policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on our company's website or announced by other methods deemed appropriate by our company. If our products are used after such announcement, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to the revised warranty policy.
