Description
The ATX Fitness Short Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty bar designed for effective training of the biceps, triceps, and chest. The 30-degree angled grip design helps reduce joint stress—especially on the wrists—making it particularly well suited for close-grip pressing movements such as lying and seated triceps extensions.
Its flat, straight design allows the bar to be used on either side, offering two grip widths (16 cm and 40 cm) and a total of four grip variations for greater exercise versatility. Each handle features medium knurling with a 28.5 mm diameter, providing a secure, non-slip, and comfortable grip.
The sleeves are compatible with 50 mm Olympic weight plates, the same size used on standard Olympic barbells, and include protective rubber stops to help prevent damage to both the plates and the bar.
