Description
This is a sled harness provided by NGA. By using it with the Push-Pull Sled or 4-Post Push-Pull Sled , you can perform exercises such as sled running and reverse sled pulling.
The nylon vest and rope are designed for high intensity exercise and will not break even with sleds of over 200kg, and feature steel anchors on the front and back.
The vest is one size fits all and the width is adjustable, making it suitable for athletes of all sizes.
