The NGA 4-Post Push-Pull Sled is a versatile training tool suitable for all levels of sled work, including athletic performance, functional fitness, and rehabilitation.
It features two removable handles (included) that can be inserted into either the front or rear for push and pull exercises. Front and rear eyelets also allow for the attachment of a tow rope or harness. Ideal for indoor use on artificial turf or carpet.
